Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry to the International AI Awards, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

“International AI Awards”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Sofoly Cultural Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, with its registered address at 15/F, Office Tower Two, Grand Plaza, 625 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Hong Kong (Company Number: 76195124).

1. Eligibility

The International AI Awards is open to individuals, teams, companies, institutions, and organizations worldwide.
There are no restrictions on nationality, age, professional background, or level of experience, unless otherwise stated for specific categories.

2. Submission Requirements

All submissions must be completed through the official submission platform within the announced submission period.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are accurate, complete, and final at the time of submission.

Once submitted, entries cannot be modified or withdrawn, except at the sole discretion of the organizer.

3. Originality & Intellectual Property

Participants confirm that the submitted work is original or that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and submit the work.

The International AI Awards does not claim ownership of submitted works.

Participants retain full intellectual property rights to their submissions.

4. Use of Submitted Materials

By submitting an entry, participants grant the International AI Awards the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use submitted materials (including but not limited to images, videos, descriptions, and titles) for purposes related to:

Award evaluation

Results announcement

Promotional, marketing, exhibition, publication, and archival use

This includes use on the official website, social media platforms, press releases, and related promotional materials.

5. Judging & Evaluation

All submissions will be evaluated by the appointed jury or review panel based on the criteria relevant to each category.

The judging process is independent and confidential.

The decisions of the jury and the organizer are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

6. Awards & Results

Awards include e-certificates, digital badges, titles of recognition, depending on the category and award level.

The International AI Awards reserves the right not to grant an award in any category if submissions do not meet the required standards.

The International AI Awards do not offer cash prizes.

7. Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission if it is found to:

Violate these Terms & Conditions

Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights

Contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Breach applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards

No refunds will be provided in cases of disqualification.

8. Limitation of Liability

The International AI Awards and its organizers shall not be held liable for:

Technical issues, submission errors, or data loss beyond reasonable control

Any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in the awards

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

9. Amendments

The International AI Awards reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the official website.

10. Governing Language

In the event of any discrepancy or interpretation issues, the English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Privacy Policy

The International AI Awards is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users, participants, and visitors.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (“PDPO”).

By accessing our website or submitting information to the International AI Awards, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Submission materials, project descriptions, and related content

3. Data Retention

4. Data Disclosure & Third Parties

Jury members and evaluation panels (limited to evaluation-related information)

Service providers assisting with website hosting, payment processing, certificate issuance, or technical support
